It has good film-forming properties,adhesion and Waterproof, light and thermal stability are also high; often used in the production of cellulose acetate films, vamishes,transparent paper and molding powder in combination with diethy| phthalate, a small amount is used for nitrocellulose During production, it can also be used as a plasticizer for nitrile rubber.
This product can also be used as a solvent for mosquito repellent oil (crude oi), polyviny! fluoride paint, methy! ethyl ketone peroxide and DDT.When used as a rubber plasticizer, it has no effect on rubber vulcanization and the product has good cold resistance.
